How to Find This Amenity
Enter the Cityplace South building through the 9th Street entrance. You’ll see signage for The Hub and Cityplace to the right of the main entrance. Use your key fob to enter the building. When you enter the building, you’re officially in The Hub! Walk around to explore the variety of amenities offered.
Courtyard
About the Space
Outdoor courtyard with fire pit, grill, lounge seating & game area
How to Find This Amenity
Enter the Cityplace South building through the 9th Street entrance. Walk straight ahead through the glass door and you will be facing the courtyard as soon as you walk into the building. Enter through the set of glass doors that lead you into the courtyard.
Pet Run
About the Space
Take your pup to the pet run in the Cityplace South courtyard then to the spa afterwards
How to Find This Amenity
Enter the Cityplace South building through the 9th Street entrance. Walk straight ahead through the glass door and you will be facing the courtyard as soon as you walk into the building. Enter through the set of glass doors that lead you into the courtyard. Walk towards the back of the courtyard to discover the Pet Run.
Pet Spa

How to Find This Amenity
Enter the Cityplace South building through the 9th Street entrance. Walk through the double doors and you will be facing the courtyard as soon as you walk into the building. Walk straight ahead through the glass door and into the courtyard. Once you enter the courtyard, walk towards the Pet Run until you face a set of doors. Enter the door to the right of the “exit” door. Enter the hallway and turn right once you reach the end of the hallway. The pet spa is around the corner on the right-hand side.
Free-Weight Gym
About the Space
Gym equipped with HIIT training equipment
How to Find This Amenity
Enter the Cityplace South building through the 9th Street entrance. After passing through the double doors, turn right. You can either take the small set of stairs or use the ramp immediately to your right. The gym entrance is through the single door to the right of the double doors.
Boulder Wall
About the Space
Boulder wall located within the free-weight gym
How to Find This Amenity
Enter the Cityplace South building through the 9th Street entrance. Walk through the double doors and turn right to go up a small set of stairs. Enter the gym through the single door to the right of the double-door entrance. The rock-climbing wall is located in the back of the gym.
Game Lounge
About the Space
Includes a ping pong table, pool table, and shuffleboard

Enter the Cityplace South building through the 9th Street entrance. Walk through the double doors and turn left. Once you reach the lounge, turn right and walk through the lounge and past the library on your left. You’ll enter a hallway and find a door to your right. There is a “game lounge” sign next to the door.
Golf Simulator

Practice your swing at our golf simulator
How to Find This Amenity
Enter the Cityplace South building through the 9th Street entrance. Walk through the double doors and turn left. Once you reach the lounge, turn right and walk through the lounge and past the library on your left. You’ll enter a hallway and find a door to your right. There is a “game lounge” sign next to the door. Enter the game lounge and walk past the ping pong and pool table. There will be an opening to a room with a golf simulator.

How to Find This Amenity
Enter the Cityplace South building through the 9th Street entrance. Walk through the double doors and turn left. Once you reach the lounge, turn right and walk through the lounge. The library will be on your left.
Flex Space

How to Find This Amenity
Enter the Cityplace South building through the 9th Street entrance. Walk through the double doors and turn left. Walk till you reach the stairs, then proceed to go up the stairs and turn right to walk down the hallway. The entrance to the flex space will be the second door on your left.
Co-Working Space at The Hub

Enter the Cityplace South building through the 9th Street entrance. Walk through the double doors and turn left. Walk till you reach the stairs, then proceed to go up the stairs and turn right to walk down the hallway. The co-working space is the first door on your left.
Two-Story Resident Lounge

Includes huddle rooms and co-working space
How to Find This Amenity
Enter through the main entrance of The Gallery, located on Hamilton Street. The resident lounge is located on the first floor when you walk in. Go up the stairs to discover ample co-working space.
Rooftop Deck
About the Space
Rooftop with a grill, fire pit, trellis, soft seating & yard games
How to Find This Amenity
Enter through the main entrance of The Gallery, located on Hamilton Street. Turn right when you walk through the doors and walk past the mail room to the elevator. Take the elevator to the rooftop. Once you exit the elevator, you’ll walk out the doors and onto the rooftop deck.
Dog Park
About the Space
Elevated dog park with lounge seating
How to Find This Amenity
Enter through the main entrance of The Gallery, located on Hamilton Street. Go up the stairs to find the dog park. Enter the park through the doors. You may also access the dog park by using your key fob and entering through the Maple Street alleyway.
The Lounge at The NINES

Flex space and terrace with a mountain overlook
How to Find This Amenity
Enter The NINES building through the Hamilton Street entrance. Walk through the lobby, straight to the end of the hallway, past the mailroom, where the elevator will be located on the left side. Take the elevator to the fifth floor. Once you exit the elevator turn left and walk down the hallway to reach the lounge.
